I've never experienced this many problems with a game before. I figured buying a game 18 months in the market with 1k + positive reviews would be ok, apperently not. Since I bought this game: The sound didn't work. Single player stopped working. The sound stopped working again while playing...

Any ideas on this problem yet?

Hi Andy, I updated Java through the Java Control Panel. Had the latest. I deinstalled Java 64bit and reinstalled it. I have nothing connected to my laptop except mouse, keyboard and power. Still stuck on Connecting to Universe. Thanks I hope they can find the issue. Really weird.

Here you go! :) chatchannels.tag was created again upon alt+F4 I executed it again and it got stuck at "Connecting to Universe". Deleted chatchannels.tag again created a fresh log. I removed the Parser entry in the log since I can't post more than 100000 characters.

Sorry, I moved it back as C:/Starmade didn't work. I moved it to C:/Starmade now, ran it again and created a new log.

Hi, I have the same problem and I've tried just about everything. Help! My game worked perfectly fine yesterday. It is stuck on "Initializing Universe... waiting for local server to initialize." No pop ups Moved it to C:/Starmade didn't work Tried executing the .exe with admin auth. didn't work...
