One million was just one of those \'big numbers\' to attract attention. Sure I don\'t need that much power in a small ship but I saw no topics related to \'compact reactors\' besides the 5x5x5 and 7x7x7 topics.Thought there was a gap that hadn\'t been filled yet.
That 6.1 mil thing would fit...
lol you got me. This really was just an way of hiring the brainy fellows here to make me something. You like these sort of puzzles though. It\'s win-win for both of us. :)
I\'m fighting gigantism. Trying to make a ship that seems small but can kick a hole through a ship and the planet behind it lol. Plus the longer a ship is, the harder it is to turn. I wanted to see if it was possible to make a ton of power in a small envelope without just making a borg cube.
I\'m open to any shape really. I just want compact sized reactors that make at least 1,000,000 power per sec. If yours is a cube then that\'s cool. Although if I had to give a preference I\'d say cuboidal shapes (3D rectangle) as most people make ships that shape.
There was a massive storm of people trying to make the most efficient 5x5x5 and 7x7x7 reactors, but that is all amateur stuff. I want to see peoples attempts at the smallest, one million power per second, reactor.
The one using the smallest number of blocks will just be a single straight line...
Nobody actually builds ships in servers anyway. WE all make them in creative sandbox mode and move them to a server afterwards. If you\'re trying to build a ship on a server then you\'re doing it wrong.
Watch out, there\'s a bug where large docking \'boxes\' stop working. I had a carrier for a frigate size ship and then it just gave up and said the docking area was incompatible.
