yes its just my hot-bar i see everything else hud,markers for planets etc,

Its probably just me and i can't figure it out but i re downloaded my game and i checked to see if i had the images for the hot-bar but its not showing up and i don't think its toggle-able. I can't do anything because i cant add blocks or see what i select
