This worked! In the server.cfg file I had changed the max thrust speed to 1000 and the damping to 0.25, so the bullets moved stupidly fast. All I had to do was reset the server.cfg to default settings and the bullets traveled at the normal speed. Thanks so much to all of you for helping! :)

I've looked around for quite some time now to find a solution to my problem, but it seems that no one else has this problem. So here it is... When I fire an antimatter cannon, I can't see the bullets. Sometimes I get a small glimpse of them leaving the barrel, but they immediately disappear...
