Still fine tuning the reactor logic and I think its good now. Minor update to exterior aesthetics. Also added Saber's you-tube review.

These are just a couple of small changes that will make reactor activation and deactivation more reliable. I also slightly moved the activation block on the outside of the ship so that it can still be accessed when the airlock doors are open. Enjoy! Conversion to SMENT
