I fixed the issue with ship not saving the missle comps into it weapons area and hotbar. I went into the blueprints folder and deleted the logic for the ship guessing it was corrupted. Sure enough ship is working perfect now things are saving i just need to reconnect everything but other then...

Thanks for the reply Iceman. I did what you said and the computer hooked up well enough but it still wont save to the bar after I save the ship model and reload it, or i reload the game after I force save.
