Instead of the current way stabilisers are where all of them have to be a certain distance away to achieve 100% what if instead a certain amount of stabilisers are 100% a certain distance away from the reactors. e.g.

There is a reason why having multiply active reactors per ship is a bad idea. It would allow people to make thousands of one block reactors with a very small distance needed between it and stabilizers. Secondly the chambers would only have to be one block.
Heat and power could be used together, An equation (maybe reciprocal) could be used to make so reactors are the most efficient at one point. Reactors could be given the possibility to be undercharged or overcharged by a certain percentage. With undercharged reactors producing less heat and less...
My suggestion is to basically make so faction Homebase exist In a sector outside the galaxy like the shipyards.

Basically a rail Docker that transfer power from the docked entity to the mothership with about 90% efficiency.
Could have a major drawback.
e.g. the physics of the blocks on the docked ship change to that of the explosive block (if possible).
Instead of that I would like the current factory system to change. Instead of the factories being easy to make and modular based I would like the more advance factories to be hard to make and multiply different blocks can be crafted in the same factory.

There will not be many one man factions when people can safely know other people in their faction aren't going steal anything they have made. Why do you dislike one man factions?
To allow people to be able to disarm the self destruct, the self destruct should not be able to be activated by build mode and possibly all doors on the ship could open.
I like the idea that someone came up with, that all the severs could be linked and each galaxy or area is a different server with its own rules. I don't know if it is possible.
