I think with the new factory systems this will not be so much of an issue. And build block removal doesn't stop super salvagers. This would only make it harder to build nice things.

There is PvP here, but it isn't intense. It is very easy to get built up here, especially if you buddy up with some players. There is a good community on this server, so it is easy to find people to build around or build with.
