      Bug customBlockBehaviorConfig merge throws an exception

      I get this (ConfigParserExcepion: HPConditionTriggerList -> Item; trigger amount must be a positive value in <Amount>) Now I know Im not the only one, I think the new merging system is broken. i HOPE theirs A hot fix soon.
