      Storage block restriction

      I don't know if this has been suggested yet but anyway, It would be great if there was some kinda storage restriction function for factions, like making certain storage blocks only accessible for rank 2 members and some storage blocks for founders etc

      2 million dmg missile gives hp instead of damage..

      I have no idea how it happend, but first time i shoot at a ship it takes 2 mill dmg, next shot fills the shield back up? anyone else seen this bug?
