schema how often does the game's code check for docked entity collisions/movement limits? Is it constant? Or does it define rotational limits once like when someone enters the ship just once? Or exiting build mode?

What's the difference with other games? What OS? Is it possible that it's now defaulting to not using your GPU? Do those processors have integrated graphics (probably not)? might be useful.

I think PvP would still be populated, fun, and viable....and forum bitching would nearly cease if Schine would just spend a little bit of time on quickly fixing exploits (and they are informed on them despite what the carebear group thinks) and balancing weapons configs just a little. There...

Good lord, why on earth are people talking about docked reactors again? They don’t make sense anymore, especially with cut/paste template creating. Why would anyone swap out reactors, pointless.

Yep, all the old hulls are called "basic armor" now, and require fert. Read the weapons update post and you can see the stat changes.

I’m a bit late to the party, but I turn off beam visualization in graphics options when I mine. It’s a pain in the ass but is a nice band-aid until schine implements a way to tone it down normally.

Hey schema are there any config file changes that players with high-end GPUs & CPUs can do to possibly get more performance? Like modifying chunk request pool, G_VBO_BULKMODE_SIZE, etc?

Thanks for the response! Not sure how I would modify it, or if I even want to make changes. Has anyone on the dock played around with it? Wonder if the cat man schema would have any tips regarding it.

Is G_VBO_BULKMODE_SIZE = 4 still used? Can it be modified for performance? If so, what?
