      Socket exception at launch

      I installed java 7u25 and when i started up starmade i got SocketException: Permission denied:connect if i ignore it and try and launch the game it comes up when i click start game. i have added it to my firewall, turned off my firewall and also have run starmade in adminstrator nothing works...
