So I was watching a video and saw that the salvage computer was linked to a cannon computer. Why is this? Does linking other computers to salvage do anything? I've never tried it before or even heard of linking to salvage.

there are 3 trading guild ships stuck in my planets core and they wont go away. there were actually 3 more on the surface but i had to destroy them as the amount of ai ships in the area was giving me like 0.2 fps. horray for missles. any way to get rid of them since i cant go into a core on...
