      Enemys Dont spawn???

      So i just made a Frigate from the game Halo and i wanted to test out what it can do to pirates,so i start shooting at the shop to make them come after me and they wont come and i search for hours looking for random pirates but i cant find any. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME - thanks
