      Can't launch the starter/installer

      I downloaded the installer/starter file for windows, and when I try to open it I get the error message "C:\Users...\StarMade-starter.exe is not a valid Win32 application." I have Windows 7 and I've already tried re-downloading the file and restarting my computer.
