      antimatter cannon not working

      when i have a anti matter cannon hooked up no matter how many i put in one cluster and no matter what way i put them the reload speed is not changing the damage is but not reload speed so its taking 3000.0 milliseconds to reload why is this its causing me problems i cant stop pirates and i die...
