I encountered an issue today where-in I just finished editted a ship of mine with turrets and saved it to the catalog. I went to another server, uploaded it, and bought it. Upon spawning, the ship had only 1 out of the 10 turrets that I added to the ship.

I attached pulse cannons to a ship I was making. I noticed they didn't seem to be firing when I used them, despit the sound effect going off and the energy being used. After a few tries I zoomed out and notice that the bubble was appearing then exploding at its point of origin, inside the ship...
