      I made some concept images of a Coil : Cannon system in action. That's actually why I kept the reload times on the thing relatively high, to keep down the number of beams. This thing would only be laggier if people could fire them as fast as rapid cannons/beams.

      128 sectors is the equivalent of 16 jumps. Warp gates are a huge time saver if you need to go between two places often. I think buffing warp gate range to 16 or even 24 systems would be awesome, but they're still pretty powerful as is. They really need to not show up on the universe map, though.

      Actually, at larger scales push is more effective for forward engines, because it has a linear energy increase, while thrusters cost more per-block at larger sizes. Also, according to Calbiri 's graph on effects, Push only needs 5% of the ship for maximum bonus.

      I think I'd like either mass based or landing gears, which only need activation from one side to work. If you've played Space Engineers, you'll know what I'm talking about.

      Make sure you actually test the weapon on something. Numbers in the menu aren't always accurate.

      Overdrive gives 3x damage for 6x power use. I'm pretty sure you get more out of overdrive than you do with just normal blocks.

      Ok, but the crew member doesn't need a block. They could just sit on a chair in the warship and do the exact same thing with the menu.

      I remember those days. Yellow noob tube ships rained from the sky. Anyway, while collision damage (usually) isn't active on servers, giving players tons of free stuff at the beginning could still have grief benefits.

      Belongs in 'Suggestions.' Anyway, what you're looking for is the shotgun effect from missile slaves on cannons and beams. The shotgun effect essentially causes damage to become much more powerful, but it has reduced range due to spread.

      Seeking things that can't get shot down are OP. That's why missiles can be shot down now. No thanks to seeking cannon fire. Also, aiming while right shifting is purposefully disabled. I'd rather see some sort of telsa-coil electrical weapon than it being an effect. Ion effect with tracking...
