You were right, I disabled sound and it started right up. Now any clue as how to correct this?

I get all the way to launch, server manager starts and then just a black screen, no crash so no crash log. Saw the other post about this but I dont see where the network would block it. Never had a prob connecting with Minecraft and I run a MC server. Here my specs. Processor Information...
