Ok, I set up a predictable gamestate and sent you the logs. I hope they can help.

Running it as administrator didn't change anything. I didn't find any multiple Java installs. I tried a few of those IPs and none of them worked. I even tried messing with the dedicated server and localhost options, none of it would get the game to run.
