What's the formula for stabilizer distance? If I have 10,000 reactor blocks and stabilize in one dimension, what is the distance for 25%?

Anybody else notice turrets shooting sideways out of the tip block? My compters are facing forwards. Why are my turrets being weird?

AI targetting is bugged to hell since 0.200
though you might be able to fight 1.99 & older ships alright (like isanths) they wont be able to fire back accurately either.
