Any attempted conflict between IST and An'Kator will result in your casualty numbers rising into the hundreds, your cities destroyed all those in your organization who dare to organize an assault on us will die. As for that "Something different" project, Its a colony ship :3 I started it earlier, and here is the grey shell that I threw together. I tried to do some asymmetry with it, though I'm not sure if I like it. It currently sits at 500 and something meters long, making it my largest ever project. Lore wise it is a joint project between the military and civilian sectors, so it will have a mixture of the bland, grey prison-come-mental-hospital military interiors that I do now, and a nicer civilian style in other places.

(As you can tell, its very, very WIP. The front is the end with the big pointy stick. Its kind of hard to tell without the engines looking like engines)

Mortiferum Though that was a station, I agree. Unfortunately I lost the blueprint for that when SATURN shut down.

Also, over the past few days I've been working on a new exploration cruiser, on which I have tried to do a few curves for once.

(Yes, it has a garden, lore wise it provides the oxygen for the long journeys an exploration ship must endure, realistically, its there because I was bored and wanted to build a garden.)

It still has the interior to do, the last of the details, and some various exterior touch ups needed. It will get released when I get round to finishing it.

So, the Tribunus is done, as is the tradition, enjoy some terrible and nonsensical lore with some downloads.
Lore wise, this thing is built about 15 years after the Legatus, to fix some of its flaws and to enable longer distance journeys. The Legatus is still being built as a mass produced fleet cruiser, however, as it is much cheaper and easier to build than the Tribunus.

[Transition to military command-28 October. Sender: Aquilifer Shipyards]
Construction of the Tribunus class cruiser is complete. Combat trials were successful, and it matches up to the Legatus while being smaller and more maneuverable. It pioneers curved armor plates on the bow, which better reflects the IST's laser fire, and minimizes crew requirements compared to the Legatus; requiring 17 crew compared to 43. Eight crew are required to run the basic ship functions in normal activity, but all 17 must be scrambled in battle. Tribunus also features a science lab to conduct research on alien subjects & weapons technology. All non-expendable crew save the captain have been replaced by partial artificial intelligence to avoid the need for escape pods. Tribunus also features four Velite drones for anti missile purposes.

So, I made a new fighter based on the design of that massive blue WIP thing, and here is the result. The race thingy they belong to lore wise is the Terran Colonial Syndicate, a megacorparation that set up on Mars to conduct outlawed experiments upon live human test subjects, before eventually moving the entirety of its operations there, managing to partially terraform the atmosphere, making it just about breathable with a oxygen supplementing gas mask. Eventually this corporation became a completely separate and self sufficient entity to Earth's central government, to the state where they are now at war, and have been for the past ~50 years. Lore wise, they build large; but rather crappy ships.

Anyway, the fighter:

Introduced by the Terran Colonial Syndicate as a response to the increasing hostilities with Earths central government, the Ganymede is a long range fighter, capable of making the Mars-Earth journey in under an hour. It also contains interior and food supplies for one day for journeys between the TCS colonies. Power is acquired through its dual solar panels, which can be folded back under battle conditions, while it is propelled by its twin ion drives.

Are the grey bits with the glass in them the solar panals? If so it would be a neat feature if you made them with blast doors and glass doors and then added a activator with a not switch and made a second set of them so that you could press a button and they would 'fold back'

Yeah, they are, but unfortunately there are no plexdoor pentas/tetras, so that might look a bit strange.
