Started work on a small cargo hauler, mainly to play around with slabs. I wish there were slab versions of deco blocks, it would really help in cramped interiors.

Hiigaran Destroyer (outdated) Just be aware that you'll have to do some work yourself. The turrets still use the old docking blocks, and some System stuff might be out of date too.

1:1ish Hull of a Hiigaran destroyer I made some time ago. I've been asked to upload it, so there. Be aware this ship is in dire need of a refit, it still uses the old docking system.. Now that we have teal coloured blocks+slabs, I might do a rework soon.

I 100% agree with BJammin, try to break up the larger areas with some detailing. Also, there's a slight discrepancy in design between the main body and the engine section. The aft section uses lots of slanted areas, it has very few 90 degree angles. The front, from what I can see, is very boxy...

If you dont mind empty interiors I could upload the blueprint.

Time for some more pictures. BTW does anyone know how to avoid the weird artifacting on the textures when you zoom out too much. It's most noticeable on grey hulls. First is a Demiurg commerce-vessel I built as an alternate shop for the server I'm on. Second is yet another new ship I started...

Havent posted here in a long time. Despite that I've been quite busy building stuff for the Warhammer 40k server I help moderate. Sadly most of it is in WIP limbo and not really worthy of documentation. Because of that I dont have much time for many side projects. However, I'm still working on...

I somehow got sidetracked and started building a Victory Star-destroyer. Here it is, in its unfinishedness.

For a split-second I thought that your Hiigaran Destroyer looked identical to mine. After doing some checking it turned out I overreacted, for which I'm sorry. The ship looks great. I'm interested in how you did the windows, they don't seem to be simple light blocks, but are still bright.

So, I managed to loose all my progress on the shipyard. Therefore it's been scrapped. Still interested in doing some interior/flight-deck stuff, I started to work on a 1:1 scale Venator Star-destroyer. Here's what I've got so far. The most difficult part, the hull geometry, is almost finished...

Not sure I understand. The turret is only the top part of the construct. The base is part of the ship. In one of the pictures the turrets just haven't been docked yet.

These are some very good imitations of the originals. Did you eyeball the proportions or use some kind of measurement?

I know, don't like them there though. Them floating around looks weird, since they're designed to be attached to something.
