First off your cannons are only 1x1 and you have 50 1x1 cannons. 99% of those cannons are not firing because they are blocked by other blocks. You need a row of 1x50 and have it in the same pattern u do now for it to work.

Do you have x34 or x64 java? And hit controll+alt+deleate then go to controll pannel>processes> find java.exe and end process. And then it should work. Make sure u reboot your computer to.
