So I was messing around on a server and i was in a Daedulus and the other guy was in a Star destroyer and he had turrets. I shot all the turrets(they had shields) I drained the turrets shields and it all the sudden I could destroy the other ship perfectly even though moments before I was unable...

When ever you leave a ship in a protected done even with a faction module people can use salvage beams on it. I think maybe in protected sectors collision should be off so people cant move your ship and all computer systems should be disabled. This would prevent almost everything.

If you are not in the ship other people can use scavenger cannons to harvest your ship regardless if you have a faction module. This makes it hard to even keep a cool ship because the moment you crash people can just salvage your ship.
