@ Thadius Faran @ Captain Tankman now that you mention it, it really looks like sugar canes... I was inspired by the sensor systems of Homeworld 2, where the same color scheme was used. I will try to find a better solution :) @ Az14el Thank you :)

@EricBlank That was some good idea, tried it out and looks cool. Maybe i will experiment a little bit with it. ^^ The wing thingies are indeed some kind of solar arrays, but of course they don't work... Unfortunately :) I tried some possibilities, but it looked a little bit out of place... ^^

So, here's a little update to my project. The hull is finished in my opinion, and the overall look changed a little bit. So theres just the interior and the Systems to do... Here are a few updated screenshots:

@Thadius Faran Thanks for the tip with imgur, if i don't forget it i will try it the next time :) Btw, the sloped parts on the upper side are inspired by the EVE Tengu (relating to your signature picture ^^) And thanks ^^ @kupu I can't help, but i think from the underside it looks the best at...

Originally planned as a warship, this frigate now will become a multipurpose ship with overall average stats. But it should be strong enough to take on small groups of pirates or a station, and in case of emergency, just jump away. Unfortunately, in its current state it is far from finished...

Can I join in? :) They are build out of light blocks because if someone enters or leaves the bridge, the engines should start up or shut down ^^
