I logic undock with Wireless and logic.
My solution for this may have been bad... And was not for "every station"
I made a largish grid of pickups. With green rail systems to drive any of the pickups to where I wanted.
I think they needed to be 3x3 grid but it's been a while.
My server is new. And I can only just claim stable for a week (thanks to forum help making it stable) however I'm getting a lot of regular players. Some I've never seen, but the logs show them logging on regularly, and building. The other day I even had 9 players online at once!! I have one guy...
I did read that they were looking at adding the ability to turn on and off things by logic.
But we already have power prioritisation.
My bigger stations already use multiple shields with great success. If a attacking ship stands still to deplete a specific shield. My turrents make short work...
No I love multiple shields. Would love it more if I could send more power to forward shields ect. But as it is, they are great. Especially as regen is shut down under fire. Moving your ship round you can protect shield regen.

Entities that corrode Hull on contact (Star trek voyager)
Cute little critters that seek warmth but have Em so shut down internal systems if you leave doors open and they get in...
I'm loving the new shield system. But I have one frustration with it.
If I want to put say 3 strategic shields I have a limit of where I can put them/size. As once they overlap they turn off the other one, or take its capacity.

I think the problem is "power you want"
You will eat my ships in PvP. (gross generalisation)
But I shouldn't need to make huge disproportionate turrents in my opinion.
A fighter should be able to be small and nimble and still damage bigger slower ships...
Seems straight forward to me. Add peircing to the game. Systems have low HP don't they? So even a couple percent peircing would seriously push for using Hull.
I havn't been in a battle with the newer setup (except pirates ) so this may not work nowadays with the new armour rig.

My spawn delay was 420
I have set it to 720 and see if it makes a difference, Thank you for your suggestion.
So far, now correct permissions have been given to jobs, the server has remained stable! two days and counting lol
The more I work with these scripts, the more awesome I realise they are.
