changed the values and messed around with a few things nothing happens.

Ill take a look at the .cgf and see if i cant figure something out.

There should be a way to get pirates to auto spawn in random sector even with no bases, our player base is big so everyone has taken out the pirate bases so now they dont spawn anymore.

Im managing a server right now and everyone is trying to figure out how to get the server to spawn pirates automatically rather than admin commands as we are not on all the time. Most of the pirate bases have been destroyed already dont know if that has anything to do with it.
