That isn\'t necessarily SMedits fault, it is you render engine\'s. Blender is able to render interior and exterior perfectly.

Actually, if you move your play into a block of the ship, then press space it will reorientate you to the blocks orientation. Very useful

If you imported with SMedit\'s obj import, then thats why. It\'s not exactly fine tuned yet, but we hope for the day when it\'s better than binvox.

If you using CMD to run binvox, then add -e somewhere in the command.

I don\'t know about maya, but in blender you have to swap the normal on the model around, otherwise it shows transparent faces.

I have that exact problem. lucky i have a older version of the texture, so i just use it.

I personally rather partially transparent backgrounds for the UI so it doesn\'t totally obscure my view. Also, the digital font used doesn\'t appeal very much to me.
