My current method of shopping for items, doing give all 10000, then drifting sideways to ditch stuff I didn't need is tedious, though still much faster than tabbing in and out of the game to look up...

      Just seems unnecessarily complicated to me. Why not just change shield values back closer to what they were in the past, but give it a dramatic curve. Large bonus for fewer shield blocks so fighters don't suck, dropping off quickly for larger ships. That would keep the main benefit of these...

      I think the devs put a lot more time into this decision than the people complaining about it. Running power lines already takes up a ton of room in smaller ships, not due to the amount of blocks, but do to the way they have to be run. Add in the same mechanic for engines and I won't be able to...

      I MUCH prefer this new way engines work. Compromising ship designs for efficient power setups is all the complication we need. Having power storage and engines act the same way gives you a lot less to worry about. All you need is a clear path so you can link the block groups together...

      I don\'t think anything is deleted. I had a ship with this, ordered a new one from the blueprint and it had the same issue. The blueprint came from a backup that worked fine in the prior version, and closing and opening damaged plex doors repairs them. So all the data is there the game just...

      AMC block lag?

      I have found a work around that works 65% of the time. If I warp to another sector, restart, come back, and approach the ship slowly and stop in an adjacent sector, but in visible range, it will load normally with only a few long pauses. But it\'s tough getting away from the ship the first time...

      I have a 3mil+ block ship I've been working on, zero lag except for a few seconds at startup, but when I manually added a few thousand AMCs in a checkerboard pattern it started to have micro freezes that grew in frequency and duration the more blocks I placed. Now I can't even load the ship...
