If you turn your resolution down to something like 1440x900, and play fullscreen, the mouse should work properly. toy around with those two settings. I figured out that the window doesn\'t like to recognize EXACTLY where the mouse is sometimes, registering as being in a completely different place.

I\'m having the same problem. I did figure out that the window recognizes the mouse being in a completely different place than the monitor does. ex. when I moved my mouse above and to the right of the spawn button, I saw the EXIT button light up!
