Indeed it is down. prob just a generic crash. or someone flew into a planet and got stuck in it again

It doesnt seem fair that if someone has all the shields in the world, a faction module, and anything else people could put on a ship. that when someone comes up while your offline they can salvage it. Suggestion: Make it so you can only salvage a ship if A: the shields are down or B: if...

the hotfix says you dont need to update but you do.. please update no one can connect
