Starting work on the Civilization plugin for StarD, and continuing work on the StarD libraries to include support for more languages.

Basically it's what makes a lot of what's described in the above thread thread that one can't do with an unmodified StarMade. It provides a multitude of configuration options that allow you to create stations that act as: quest hubs, offering items/ships.
