Don't fear, the weapon test is here. It's ugly but it contains all weapons (twice so you can combine the same type) and includes all 8 effect modules. The belly of the ship has 2 docked parts: 1 solid chunk of reinforced hull and 1 shield target that has 15 mil shield hp (takes a while to charge though).
So download this ship, undock both of them and have fun!
