Warhammer40K Battle Barge 1.0

For capital ships it doesn't really matter if it has 40 or 80 million shield HP. Most weapons are capable of wrecking 100 million shields in 1 volley so in the end you might be able to last a few seconds longer. I don't think this is worth it so I spend more blocks in Power and Shield regen.
