UNSC Paris Heavy Frigate 1.2

list of major changes:
-finished hangar interior
-detailed the top of hangar sections
- added six of twelve turrets
-added Harpoon Nuclear Missiles (homing missiles that launch from the white circles on the hangar sections)
-started detailing the MAC section
-Medbay and other interior rooms
