Okay, so… you'll need to re-link the wireless logic blocks for the turrets (they are labeled) and for the satellite dish (you'll have to undock the base and remove blocks to find them), and finally the wireless blocks for the Ground Buzzer (marked by yellow hazard armor. remove hazard hepta just left of the cockpit, hit c, remove cube to right of ground buzzer, hit v.). Despite several attempts I could not get a save of this blueprint with the wireless blocks connected, however the issues as stated are mainly decorative anyway. Have fun!
