A compact module which randomly activates one of three activation modules, each with 1/3rd chance* of getting activated.
*Because it is in theory impossible to get an exact 1 in 3 probability from combining 1 in 2 probabilities (which is what the in-game randomizers provide), the actual probabilities of activation of the activation modules are not exactly 1/3, but as listed-
