For the life of me I cannot recall who created this ship in the first place.
I found the Tiger Lilly some time ago and nearly wet myself from the awesome. Ive been wanting to refit this ship for some patches now but never had the time this ship needs. I have done some work on it, I removed all the old docking and turret parts (hopefully) and I have cleared out all but 21k worth of the shield caps (this ship was from before shield rechargers so it didnt have any at all).
I also removed the only weapons it seemed to have (cannons). So right now it is just a powered flying shell.

162mil power cap w/7mil sec recharge
If someone could refit this and make it glorious again, that would definatly be something worth sharing.
