Ouside Shots
Hanger and Crew Accommodations
Path to the Core and Captain's Chair
This is my first ship I have actually put some effort in, however there are things that can be improved on (the bridge, but I don't feel like redoing the entire thing). For the shape of the barrel and bridge, I drew inspiration from a Maliwan sniper rifle from "Borderlands 2". The fins along the sides of the barrel are also a feature on the E-Tech guns from the same game. The fins act as heat dampeners/vent for the machinery inside the barrel. The barrel was a lot of fun to build, and the length of it made it great for housing around 2,000 salvage and a.m.c. arrays. If, during travel from one location to another, you are assaulted by pirates, the a.m.c.'s pack a powerful and explosive punch. In the weapons tab, the damage says that one does over 54,000 damage. I don't know if that is right or not, but if 72 individual arrays deal 54,000 damage each, I will be a happy as all heck, but so keep in mind that each shot takes out a little over half the ships power.
The acceleration on the Moloko isn't the best, as it struggles to get faster after 150km/h, and turning will take a little bit seeing that the ship is so long. It only has around 90,000 shields and 11,000 shield recharge rate. It's not the strongest ship since I was looking to make a more aesthetic looking build.
For the extra stuff, there are 8 turret docking units on the bottom of the ship. If anyone wants to design a turret for this ship, feel free to do so, as I am not versed in compact ship/turret designs. On the inside of the hanger, there are 7 docking units for small ships, gravity units at the end of the corridor, and an over look for "traffic control". After the doors, there are two floors with a total 12 crew accommodations, a meeting room/lounge on the second floor, and a med-bay complete with "healing" equipment. On the bridge on the top most part of the ship, there is TONS of storage for all the loot and junk collected during excavations, port and starboard portholes, and a nice captain's chair looking out over the bow of the ship. Also, the core is actually located on the bridge, so finding it should be easy.
Thank you everyone for taking a gander at my creation here. Your feedback is valuable and very much appreciated. Enjoy the rest of your wonderful day!!!
