    StarMade Dock Chat Notifications 1.0

This is a simple Chrome extension that will give you an audio notification whenever your name (or variation thereof) is mentioned in StarMade dock's chat.

If you want a Firefox extension, please use Chrome. If you really, really want a Firefox extension, please use Chrome. Otherwise, if you need it for FF, just PM me and I'll give it another shot. Don't ask for IE. *shudders*

    Readme:

    To Use:

    1. Download SMDNotification.zip
    2. Unzip. (though, if you're reading this, you already did)

    When in Chrome,

    1. Open up the bar menu (top right button)
    2. Go to "More Tools > Extensions"
    3. If not already on, enable "Developer Mode" (top right in page)
    4. Click "Load unpacked extension"
    5. Navigate to wherever you unzipped the SMDNotification
    6. Select the SMDNotification folder, then click "OK"

You only have to do the above ONCE. Afterwards, you have to
give it the name variations you want it to look for. In order
to do this, you must go to the "Options" link under the "SMD
Chat Notification" extension. It'll bring up a (albeit, ugly)
page where you can enter the variations. It's all case insensitive,
but don't add spaces to separate the names, only commas. When
you're done, save it, and close the page. You also only have to
do that once. Then, refresh SMD Chat and you're ready to go.
Go ahead and say your name, and it'll ding for you.

If you have any questions, or it isn't working because I'm a scrub,
PM aljo @ http://starmadedock.net/members/aljo.374867/ . And make sure
to detail anything that might be relevant, including your bank account
    number and PIN.

You sure? Technically speaking, Chrome is the best browser at the moment.

That said, I did try to make one for Firefox, but I couldn't without investing more time in it than I felt it deserved. If you really want one, let me know and I'll give it another shot.
