An actual stargate creates a wormhole through space. Although this doesn't create a wormhole through space, it does launch a small craft across space at a very high velocity. I recommend keeping the stargate neutral that way it is not attacked. A small amount of thrusters are on board the stargate to move it. Pulsaters are used to propell a small craft to the farthest edges of the universe. NOT my original idea. Idea derived from GeneralVonDoom's "Mass Relay". Here's his prototype video.
