The ship is nice and well-detailed but usually rotational sections are used to create gravity, and it is quite strange to have cargo holds in them.

When you wish to move/load/unload a large and heavy cargo, you'd wish it to be located in zero gravity area. It makes much more sense to locate living areas in such rotary sections.
