Based on the reception with the Q6, Seras Combine has decided to start unveiling the next line of light, and medium starcruisers straight from the SCM shipyard.
Code named "Mahi Aki" during design the Q7 was designed out of need for a dedicated security vessel after early settlers to the outer colonies expanded outward enough to start making frequent contact with the pirates that had situated themselves traditionally far from the rule or law.
The Q7 is based on the original Q6 as far as overall form factor but with the addition of large weapon mounting pods on the sides of our basic cruiser, and an update the styling as well as coloration are given a facelift to designate it from previous Q6.
As the entry level version of the model it is intended as always for more of a diy feature coming with only the basic power, shield, and thrust system although this model is intended for weaponization but the manufacturer suggests the shield system be buffed depending on the combat role you plan to outfit the Q7 for.
