Once the API becomes more stable, I am going to release this and any other build helpers I am going to make under the GPL. For now, do what you will with that file, as the source code is so trivial that one simply can't claim any rights on it.

Okay, I like the idea, but there is one thing that bugs me: Radius must be multiplied by 10 in order to function.

Now I have no idea how Java coding works, but wouldn't it be simple to make it so that the radius is multiplied by ten, then plus the answer of that function as the number for this one? Just saying, it would make things simpler for the n00b like myself. Otherwise, I just have one thing to say:

FINALLY I CAN HAVE PROPER CIRCLES IN STARMADE WITHOUT USING A THIRD-PARTY SITE!
