Looks nice and can maintain radar jammer and cloak, provided the pilot doesn't need to get anywhere in a hurry. Laying on the thrusters can uncloak you rather quickly. Good for scouting, not so good for hit-n-run attacks. Pilots need to charge jump drive before entering detection range or wait until after they have left detection range.
I would be tempted to pull out the weapon systems and put in some power capacitors to provide more of a buffer on the power system.
