Архив содержит файлы перевода и шрифты.
распаковываем архив складываем папку TMP (в игре может быть папка tmp - просто добавляем файлы), программу в папку с игрой.
запускаем программу выбираем языковой пакет ( не все пока доступны)
в нужные каталоги будут скопированы файлы и изменен файл seting.cfg
