The pirate known as "Bozone the Cannibal Clown" is wanted on charges of piracy, cannibalism, slave trading, possession of contraband, processing yhole extract with intent to traffic, indecent exposure, 183 moving violations, and 256 unpaid docking tickets.
His ship, the "Psycho Clown", is not manufactured by any of the major shipyards. Most likely it was cobbled together from other salvaged fighters, as some parts are recognizable despite the "unique" color scheme.
Recently, the Star Punx pirates have been copying the design, meaning that there could be similar ships in sectors the Punx have been known to operate. However, the Punx tend to keep to their gang colors and mistaking one of their copies for Psycho Clown is unlikely.
Should officers come across this ship; orders are to shoot it down. Bozone should be arrested if possible, but conditions on his warrant specify "dead or alive".
