Orion Co builds ships for every occasion, and that includes the Orion Co Negotiator. It was originally built as a larger version of the now outdated Orion Co Valkyrie, and follows some design aesthetics from it's smaller sister. The Valkyrie defeated its targets with swarms of missiles, but the Negotiator takes a more refined approach to combat. It has 5 main turrets which make up the primary offensive array, and allowing close to 360° of coverage. It still uses fixed missiles and cannons like the Valkyrie, though these systems are relatively not as powerful for a ship of its size.
The Orion Co Valkyrie was not a good dog-fighting ship, preferring to stalk targets from a distance and whittle down their HP while remaining out of detection range. By comparison, the Orion Co Negotiator excels at ship-to-ship combat. It has a high shield capacity and shield recharge rate, combined with effective concentrated and spread fire AND a high degree of manoeuvrability. A single Negotiator can keep multiple opponents of similar size on their toes, which is the reason it was so named - those looking down the 10 barrelled death stare of this ship would rather choose a diplomatic solution to any conflict.
