Omega Battleship 2016-03-05

Ship design based on the Omega unit in Planetary Annihilation Titans

This is my first submission to the starmade dock and I'm quite proud of it! It's the largest ship I've created and finished, and by far the most detailed structurally. I'm less impressed with my work on the internals of the ship. I'm still fairly new to designing rooms within ships, so any feedback is appreciated! I started playing Planetary Annihilation Titans and fell in love with the Omega unit. Because in the game its only methods of attack are side mounted turrets and a beam fired out of the bottom, I made a few adjustments in order to make it more adapted to starmade combat.

• 24 barrel rapid fire AMC with 1:1 Cannon Cannon and 100% explosive effect for shredding hull
• 10 groups of 1:1 pulse missiles for dealing massive damage to any large vessels or fighters which get too close
• dual 1:1 beam missiles with 100% explosive effect for taking out chunks from a distance/ finishing off fleeing ships
• 4 longrange cannon turrets with 100% punchthrough effect.

• light landing shuttle for landing missions/boarding parties
